We all have crappy days. You know the kind I mean? Problem with clients (David), cranky co-workers (Mo), personal life stresses that send you in a downward spiral(and for some reason it always seems to be raining).
Since I'm having one of those slow to start days I thought I would just throw a few things out there to help you get going:
“TREAT” yourself. - Need I say more. Who doesn't like to?
Help Someone else out! - Always takes the focus off you and you get to help someone else int the process.
Find something else to do.
Tell yourself, “Well, at least I…”
Exercise- This always helps me out. A nice long run always clears my mind and gets me back to a central place. If you can't run...walk.
Write it down. - Log your crappy day down. Maybe it will help you the next time.
Be grateful. Things could always be worse. There are others that might possibly be having a worse day than you.
